MGA may immediately terminate this agreement with you (including your access to the MGA Services) if you breach any provision of these Terms. AS DESCRIBED BELOW, DEPENDING ON THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH YOU RESIDE, ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND MGA MUST BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION. PLEASE READ THE ARBITRATION PROVISION IN THESE TERMS AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
